It is indeed a play, or a performance at least. It is called Jesus Chrysler in reference to a real car from 1930s Toronto. This car, owned by Eugenia “Jim” Watts, was used to cart a group of artists around south western Ontario to perform socially minded theatre to various community groups during the depression. They called the car Jesus Chrysler.
