Hey Warren,

That’s just what you are supposed to call the Mayor in Toronto. Miller got the same prefix. I think it’s ridiculous and would support removing this tradition, but I also think the Senate is ridiculous and there was a representative of that archaic institution present at the groundbreaking also. Are we a Republic yet?

So fantastic. Congrats to Franco and everyone involved in this endeavour. We’ve been hearing about the campaign for years and to see construction finally begin must be so, so rewarding and exciting for them. It’s pretty wonderful for the community at large too.
